Spray skillet with cooking spray and place on heat. Add vegetables and
sauté for 2 minutes or until soft. Add egg and cook until it starts to
bubble. Flip or fold in half to form an omelet and finish cooking.
Mix together oats, almonds, sunflower seed, and coconut in a bowl. In a
separate bowl mix the honey and oil together and then pour onto oat
mixture and stir well. Spread onto a greased baking pan and cook on low
heat (300F degrees) for 20 to 30 minutes, or until browned. When it's
golden, pour into another bowl and add raisins. 3. CINNAMON TOAST - This classic breakfast toast is easy to make and appeals to every kid's sweet tooth!
Toast bread in toaster oven until crisp. Spread on butter or margarine and then top with a sprinkling of cinnamon and sugar. Lunch
Place two pieces of American cheese between two slices of bread. Use your favorite cookie cutter to cut sandwich into desired shape. Variations: Use peanut butter and jelly in place of cheese. 2. Mix together desired amounts of mayonnaise and ketchup. Spread the sauce over one side of the tortilla or wrap. Place deli meats on top of the sauce and roll the wrap to form a log.
